On September 27, 2024. in Brčko, the Business Incubator “NESESER” of the project co-financed by the European Union as part of the financial instrument of pre-accession aid through the Serbia-BiH Cross-Border Cooperation Program and implemented by the Development and Guarantee Fund of the Brčko District of BiH (RGFBD), the City of Loznica and the Institute for Development was officially opened in Brčko. and innovations – IRI from Belgrade.
It is a project that aims to encourage cross-border shared economic potential for self-employment through the improvement of the entrepreneurial environment for young people and start-up companies run by women.
Welcome words were addressed to the present guests by the Deputy Mayor of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Anto Domić, while RGFBD director Milorad Teodorović clarified that the services of the Business Incubator will be used by 10 business entities that have signed cooperation agreements.
The total value of the NESESER project is 235,881 euros on both sides of the border, including the Business Incubator of the NESESER project, whose ceremonial opening was held at the beginning of September 2024.
One of the beneficiaries of the Business Incubator is Armela Junuzović, a certified trainer for functional training, who on this occasion pointed out that a large part of her work in terms of administration will be completed in her corner of the Business Incubator.
Edin Livadić, also a user of the Business Incubator’s services, points out that the support for his start-up in the field of cyber security means a lot to him, both in terms of mentoring and through spatial capacities.
This is a big step for Brčko District, which will follow modern European trends in accordance with the needs of the Business Incubator users.
